We're thrilled to be presenting touring artists in our home. We have a lovely space that is acoustically wonderful and there is not a bad seat in the house!! Parking is limited, so if you can share a ride that would be appreciated.

"These two voices are exquisite, especially together. The blend is seamless, tender, strong, playful, kind, loving."
Duet singing is a lot like life – it’s important to engage your whole self, make sure you are in tune, and leave enough time and space for anything that might happen unexpectedly. In the case of Hank Payne and Claire Favro, they happened unexpectedly in 2008. Now married and based near Seattle WA, they take their voices and guitars, psalteries, banjo and dulcimer out to play in all sorts of venues: house concerts, festivals, bookstores. Interpreting a contemporary or standard song, digging into traditional or composed mountain music, or sharing Hank’s original songs, they celebrate the legacy of live acoustic music making. Good stories, rich harmonies. Hoping you feel it—in the heart, in the funny bone, or in the memory of who you are and where you came from. Hank's "Shade Tree Mechanic won 3rd place in the 2016 Tumbleweed Music Festival songwriting contest. They've released two CDs: "Heart of the Matter" and "Home at Last."
